After I ponder why Kodansha Comics has failed to update their Facebook, Twitter, and Ipad Manga App, and lamenting the general lack of digital manga material, its on to the review of Sailor Moon volume 2 by Naoko Takeuchi, translated and adapted by William Flanagan, published by Kodansha Comics, $10.99, Rated 13+.
